Application has been made to The UK Listing Authority and The London Stock Exchange for 16,943,776 Ordinary shares of 10 pence each following option exercises under the Imagination Technologies Group plc Employee Share Plan, to trade on The London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to The Official List. The shares shall rank equally with the existing issued shares of the Company and it is expected that admission will occur on or around 19 May, 2015.
