Issue of Share Options
Manchester, UK - 8 January 2021: Yourgene (AIM: YGEN), the international molecular diagnostics group, announces the issuance of 450,000 share options under its existing share option scheme to two employees.
The new share options have performance conditions based on EPS growth over the next three years, in line with the Company's share option scheme rules and previously issued share options. The exercise price of these options is 14.25 pence. The total number of share options now in issue is 62,479,232, representing 8.0% of the share capital as enlarged for the exercise of all options issued under the Company's share option scheme.

The acquisition increased Yourgene's geographical penetration into the US and Canada, supplementing existing coverage in the UK, Europe, MEA and Asia.
