Investment Manager Share Purchase
The Company announces that it was informed on 6 June 2019 that, on 4 June 2019, Asia Investment & Finance Limited, a subsidiary of VinaCapital Group (the Investment Manager) has purchased a total of 1,804,221 shares. The Investment Manager now has an interest of 75,674,341 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 51.61% of the Company's total voting rights.
