Joint C Share Offer
The Boards of Directors of Ventus VCT plc and Ventus 2 VCT plc (the "Companies") are pleased to announce that they have published a Prospectus to raise, in aggregate, up to £10 million (the "Offer").
The Offer opened on 8 February 2010 and is expected to close on 1 April 2010 in respect of the 2009/2010 tax year (or earlier if the Offer is fully subscribed). The Offer may remain open for part of the 2010/2011 tax year. The Offer is a joint offer for up to 10,000,000 'C' shares of 25 pence each to be issued at a price of 100 pence each payable in full on application.
The Offer follows on from the successful 2009 'C' share offer and the ordinary share top up offers which closed in January 2010 and were over subscribed.
A copy of the Prospectus has been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will be available shortly for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
