Notification of Transaction by Director

Tarsus Group plc announces that on 20 August 2010, a SIPP managed on behalf of Mr Douglas Emslie, Group Managing Director, purchased 5,075 ordinary shares of 5p each of Tarsus Group plc at a price of 115p per share.

Mr Emslie's direct interest in Tarsus shares now totals 889,840 ordinary shares, representing approximately 1.28 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
