Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company announces that it has been informed that James Furlong, Land Director has today sold 100,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") and David Durant, Group Planning and Design Director and his wife have both each today sold 50,000 Ordinary Shares. The above shares were all sold at a price of 350.5 pence per share.
Following the above transactions, James Furlong is interested in 1,156,789 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 1.54% of the current issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company and David Durant is interested in 1,192,357 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 1.59% of the current issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company.
