Telford Homes Plc (AIM: TEF), the London focused residential property developer, announces that Frank Nelson, Non-Executive Director, has stepped down from the Board due to other commitments.
Andrew Wiseman, Chairman of Telford Homes, commented: "We are sad to see Frank leave the Company however we understand his decision. I would like to thank Frank for his significant contribution to Telford Homes since January 2015 and the Board joins me in wishing Frank well for the future. We will commence the process of seeking a suitable replacement without delay and will make a further announcement when this process is completed."
