Director/PDMR shareholding
The Company has been notified today that Andrew Moss, Non-executive Chairman of the Company, has today purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company at an average price of 19.5 pence per share.
Following the purchase, Mr Moss has a notifiable beneficial interest in 550,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 1.63 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
