Posting of Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM
Telit Communications PLC ("Telit", "the Group", AIM: TCM), a global enabler of the Internet of Things (IoT), has published its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2017. Printed copies of the Annual Report and Accounts have been posted to shareholders alongside the Notice of Annual General Meeting.
The Group's 2017 Annual General Meeting will be held at 10:00am on 25 June 2018 at CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP, Cannon Place, 78 Cannon Street, London EC4N 6AF.
Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts and the Notice of Annual General Meeting will be available shortly on the Group's website at http://www.telit.com/investor-relations/.
