On 29 November 2013 Stobart Group's capital consisted of 354,328,831 ordinary shares of 10p each with voting rights.
The total number of voting rights in Stobart Group is 354,328,831.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Stobart Group under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
