TheΒ Company has today received aΒ requisition calling for an Extraordinary General MeetingΒ ("EGM")Β to be held to remove Nicholas Ward from theΒ board and to appoint Jonathan Lander and Nicholas Lander asΒ directors. ThisΒ requisition came from the nominee company through which Mr Lionel Thain, the former Chief Executive of theΒ Company,Β holds his shares in theΒ Company.Β The Company has 21 days to send notice of the required EGM to shareholders.
Since the Annual General Meeting on 14 January 2010, Nicholas Ward has been the soleΒ director of DXR. The Company will be making a further announcement shortly in relation to board appointments to ensure the Company has an appropriately empowered board under the Articles of Association of the Company.Β
