StratMin (AIM: STGR), the graphite production and exploration company with assets in Madagascar, was notified on 6 and 7 February 2014 that, Caryl Pienaar, the wife of Non-Executive Director Marius Pienaar, sold 400,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company at an average price of 12.9 pence per share on Tuesday 4 February and Friday 7 February 2014.

Following this transaction, Mr Pienaar has a beneficial interest in 18,650,000 ordinary shares, representing 26.7% of Stratmin's issued share capital.
