SCISYS PLC ("SCISYS" or "Company"), the supplier of bespoke software systems, IT-based solutions and support services to the Media & Broadcast, Space, Government, Defence and Commercial sectors, announces that on Friday 13 July 2018 Klaus Meng, a Director of the Company, sold 125,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a weighted average price of £1.85 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Sale"). This planned Sale reduces Mr Meng's overall holding from 9.76% to 9.2%. Mr Meng was the founder of VCS AG, acquired by SCISYS in 2007, and is a long term SCISYS shareholder.
Following the Sale Mr. Meng has a total beneficial interest in 2,707,826 Ordinary Shares representing 9.2 per cent. of the total voting rights of the Company.
