CODASciSys PLC31 March 2005 CODASciSys plc Executive Share Options & Directors Dealings CODASciSys plc ("CODASciSys", stock code: CSY), the IT software and servicesprovider is pleased to confirm the grant of an additional 80,000 share optionsunder the Company's executive share option scheme to Jeremy Roche, CEO of theCODA Division, on 30 March 2005. Mr Roche owns, or is deemed beneficially to be interested in, 446,830 shares inthe Company, representing 1.76% of the Company's issued ordinary share capitaland currently has options over an additional 483,000 ordinary shares, which maybe exercised at prices between 270p and 540p per ordinary share. The new options may not be exercised before publication of the accounts forCODASciSys for the financial year ended 31st December 2007 and may be exercisedat a price of 369p per ordinary share on satisfaction of performance criteriaestablished by the Company's Remuneration Committee. CODASciSys plc also announces that it was yesterday informed of the followingDirectors' dealings: Mr Mike Love, Chairman, sold 2,246 ordinary shares on 30 March 2005 and his wifeMrs P M Love sold 2,246 ordinary shares on 30 March 2005 both at a price of 365pper share. Mr Love is now beneficially interested in a total of 2,738,521ordinary shares, representing approximately 10.78 per cent. of the issued sharecapital of the Company. Mr John Haynes, Executive Director, sold 68,260 ordinary shares on 30 March 2005and his wife, Mrs M Haynes, sold 8,986 ordinary shares on 30 March 2005, both ata price of 365p per share. Mr Haynes is now beneficially interested in 829,107ordinary shares, representing approximately 3.26 per cent. of the issued sharecapital of the Company.
