Segezha Group intends to conduct an IPO

Moscow, 12 April 2021 - Sistema PJSFC ("Sistema", the "Corporation" or, together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, the "Group") (LSE: SSA, MOEX: AFKS), a publicly traded Russian investment company, notes that its subsidiary, Segezha Group PJSC ("Segezha Group" or the "Company"), announced its intention to conduct an initial public offering (the "Offering") of ordinary shares (the "Offer Shares") and to list on Moscow Exchange.

The Offering will consist of a primary offering of newly issued shares expected to raise at least RUB 30 billion and an over-allotment option of secondary shares of up to 15% of the Offer Shares expected to be granted by Sistema PJSFC and/or one of its fully owned subsidiaries. Sistema expects to remain majority shareholder post the Offering.
