Sportech PLC25 October 2005 Sportech PLC Directorate Change The Board of Directors of Sportech PLC ("the Company") announce thatNon-Executive Director, Roger Withers, is retiring from the Company with effect from the end of the month. Roger Withers, 63, has been a senior Non-Executive Director of the Company sinceSeptember 2000 and served as interim Managing Director from November 2004 until27 September 2005. The Board would like to thank him for his significant contribution to theCompany, both in a Non-Executive and Executive capacity. Mr Withers is currently non-executive Chairman of Arena Leisure Plc and holds anumber of Non-Executive Directorships in the leisure and technology industries.
