Resignation of Non-Executive

Sportech announces that Mor Weizer, who represented Playtech on the board of the Company has, following Playtech's recent disposal of its shareholding in the Company to below 10 per cent, tendered his resignation and leaves the board with immediate effect.

Ian Penrose, Chief Executive, said

"I would like to thank Mor for his involvement over the last two years and he leaves us with our best wishes."
