PDMR Transfer of Shares
The Company announces that on 11 October 2018 Nathaniel ("Nat") Le Roux, the non-executive Chairman of Scotgold, transferred 22,318,223 ordinary shares of no par value each ("Ordinary Shares") held in the name of Hargreave Hale Nominees Limited to Joh. Berenberg Gossler & Co Kg.
This transfer resulted in no change to the beneficial ownership of Mr Le Roux in the Ordinary Shares and he continues to have a beneficial interest in 22,318,223 Ordinary Shares.
Due to a clerical error, Mr Le Roux's shareholding was incorrectly stated as 22,318,222 Ordinary shares as announced on 18 May 2018. Mr Le Roux confirms that his correct shareholding in the Company is 22,318,223 Ordinary Shares.
