Directorship change
The Board of Stanley Gibbons announces that John Byfield, Corporate Development Director, has given notice of his intention to retire from his position with the Company in twelve months when he will be 65. He stepped down from the Board with effect from 17 September 2015.
Martin Bralsford said: "John has been a Director of Stanley Gibbons since 2010. During that time he has overseen an active acquisition policy which has seen the Group develop its activities into the diversified Group that you see today. The Board would like to thank John for his contribution and hard work during that time."
