Director Dealing - share purchase

Scapa, a global manufacturer of bonding materials and solutions, announces that the following director purchased ordinary shares of 5p each in the capital of the Company ('Shares') on 10 August 2015:

Mr Heejae Chae, Group Chief Executive, purchased 4,968 Shares at a price per Share of £1.99.

Following this Share purchase, Mr Chae is interested in 541,803 Shares representing 0.36% of the Company's issued share capital. Mr Chae also holds options over 2,354,047 Shares under the Company's 2011 Performance Share Plan and 5,660 options under the Company's Save As You Earn Scheme.
