Option Awards
3Legs announces that on 21 March 2014, an award of options over 432,778 shares was made to the CEO, Kamlesh Parmar, under the 3Legs Resources plc Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP").
The exercise price for the options is 27 pence per share, being a 3 pence premium to the average middle market closing price of the Company's shares for the five trading days prior to the date of this announcement. The options are subject to performance conditions. Up to one third of the options can vest each year starting on 21 March 2015, providing certain share price performance conditions are met each year. The earliest the vested options can be exercised is 21 March 2017.
Options over a further 463,293 ordinary have been awarded to four other employees and consultants.
