The Company announces that Miriam Greenwood, a PDMR of the Company, purchased 7,144 ordinary shares of 0.003 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 277p on 3 July 2019.
Following this notification, Miriam Greenwood holds 7,144 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.008% of the total shareholding in the Company.
