Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that it was informed that Mr James John Berry, Executive Director of the Company, transferred 234 030 Ordinary Shares of £0.003 each in the Company from Winterflood Client Nominees Limited to Vestra Nominees Limited on 13 September 2016. This transfer resulted in a change in legal ownership only. Following the transfer Mr Berry's beneficial interests in the Company remains unchanged at 2,210,619 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 2.69 per cent of the total issued share capital with voting rights.
