PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ("PDMRs")
DEFERRED EQUITY PLAN
VESTING AWARDS
The Company announces that a tranche of the contingent share awards granted under the Company's Deferred Equity Plan ("DEP") to the PDMR set out in the table below vested on 12 October 2018.
Pursuant to the vesting, the recipient instructed Estera Corporate Trustees (Guernsey) Limited as the trustee of the River and Mercantile Group Employee Benefits Trust (the "EBT") to sell a proportion of the shares that vested in order to satisfy their income tax and national insurance liabilities immediately arising on vesting and to transfer the balance of shares into their name.
The table below sets out the shares that vested on 12 October 2018, the number of shares sold and the beneficial holdings in the Company of the PDMR following the vesting and sale:
