The Company announces that, pursuant to the block listing of 3,378,548 Ordinary Shares of £0.003 each (the "Shares") announced on 16 April 2019 (the "Block Listing"), the Company has allotted a total of 3,358,288 Shares.
All outstanding options under the Company's SAYE Option Plan and River and Mercantile Group Executive Performance Share Plan have now been exercised or have lapsed. As a result, no further Shares will be allotted pursuant to the Block Listing, and the Block Listing is hereby cancelled.
