Total voting rights
The Board of RHM announces that the Company's issued share capital at the date of this announcement consists of 48,278,188 ordinary shares of US$0.10 each with one voting right per share. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.
Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 48,278,188.
The above figure of 48,278,188 should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
