Real Good Food plc ("Real Good Food" or "the Company")

Board Change

Real Good Food plc, (AIM:RGD) the diversified food business, announces that Mike McDonough, Group Finance Director of the Company, will be leaving the business with effect from 31st August 2015.

Following the sale of Napier Brown Sugar Ltd., it has been decided to relocate the Group Finance function to the London Head Office at the same time as devolving greater financial responsibility and accountability to strengthened local finance teams in the individual business units. 

As a result of this, Mr. McDonough, who is currently based in the North-West, has decided to leave the Company. He will remain available to provide support to the Company over the coming months, while this period of transition is completed.

The Board would like to thank Mike for his contribution both as Finance Director of Renshaw and since 2009 as Real Good Food Finance Director where he played an important role in the recent corporate initiatives and wishes him every success in his future career.
