This is a correction to the Director/PDMR Share Dealing announcement released on 18 March 2015. It corrects the number of shares purchased by Keith Edelman. It also corrects information relating to Keith Edelman's shareholdings in the Company's subsequent Annual Report and Accounts and information given in the Circular to shareholders dated 10 June 2020 regarding the total beneficial shareholdings of the Directors.

Correction to Director / PDMR Share Dealing
On 18 March 2015, the Company released an announcement via the RNS that Keith Edelman, Chairman of the Company, purchased 30,500 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 195 pence per share. The correct number of Ordinary Shares purchased was in fact 30,000. Keith Edelman purchased a further 15,000 Ordinary Shares on 4 October 2016, as announced by the Company via the RNS on that day, bringing the total number of Ordinary Shares held by him to 45,000. However, the Annual Report & Accounts for 2017, 2018, and 2019 have all incorrectly reported that Keith Edelman held 30,500 Ordinary Shares rather than the correct figure of 45,000 Ordinary Shares.
The Shareholder Circular to shareholders of the Company dated 10 June 2020 also states that the Directors intend to vote in favour of the resolutions to be proposed at the General Meeting of the Company convened to be held on 26 June 2020 in respect of their beneficial holdings of an aggregate of 198,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.39% of the Company's existing issued share capital. The corrected figures are 212,500 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.42% of the Company's existing issued share capital.
