RECKITT BENCKISER GROUP PLC

 DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDINGS

Reckitt Benckiser Group plc (the "Company") announces the following changes in the interests of a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") in ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares").

On 30 November 2015, Deborah Yates, Senior Vice President Global HR, exercised 947 HMRC approved share options granted under the Reckitt Benckiser Group 2007 Long-Term Incentive Plan at an option price of £31.65 per Share. She has transferred all of the resulting Shares to her spouse, Michael Yates.

Following this transaction, the total beneficial holding of Shares by Deborah Yates and her connected persons has increased to 1,188 Shares, representing 0.0001% of the Company's issued share capital. Treasury shares have not be taken into account when calculating this percentage.
