Purplebricks Group plc (AIM: PURP), the hybrid estate agent, announces that a circular will be sent to Shareholders today containing the notice convening the general meeting to approve the issuance of shares in relation to the strategic investment by Axel Springer announced on 26 March 2018.
The general meeting will take place at 1 p.m. on 18 April 2018 at the offices of Instinctif Partners, 65 Gresham Street, London EC2V 7NQ.
