PROACTIS Holdings PLC ("Proactis" or the "Company") announces that on 28 July 2016 it received notification from its Chief Financial Officer, Tim Sykes, that on 27 July 2016, 35,000 ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") were transferred from Penta Financial Direction Limited, a company controlled by him, into his own name as the sole beneficiary.
Following this transfer, Tim Sykes beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 208,001 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.5% of the Company's voting rights.
