Exercise of Options and Directors Purchase of Shares
On 30th of September 2008, the board of Petroceltic International plc was informed of the exercise of share options on that day over ordinary shares of Euro 0.0125 each (“Ordinary Shares”) under the Company’s 1997 Share Option Scheme with an exercise price of £0.01 per share by the following directors.
