Compliance with Market Abuse Regulations - Closed Period and Share Buybacks
The Company announces that the closed period commenced on 2 March 2020 and that it is satisfied that any inside information which the Directors and the Company may have has been notified via a Regulated Information Service ("RIS").
The Company is therefore not prohibited from repurchasing its own shares during the period leading up to the announcement of the annual financial results for the year ended 31 December 2019.
If, in the period leading up to the announcement of the annual results, the Directors of the Company come into possession of any inside information, this will be notified to a RIS before any such transactions are undertaken.
