Global Energy Development PLC, the Latin American focused petroleum production and development company (AIM: GED) with operations in Colombia, was notified on 07 December 2012 that on that same day, David Quint, a director of the Company, purchased 13,110 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at 110 pence per share.
Following these purchases, Mr. Quint has a beneficial interest in 120,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company representing 0.33% of the issued share capital of the Company.
