Share options grant
2ergo announces that on 20 December 2010, under the Company's incentive share option scheme, Jill Collighan, the Finance Director of the Company, was granted 400,000 options to subscribe for 1p ordinary shares of the Company, all at the exercise price of 70.0p, being the closing mid-market share price on 20 December 2010. The options vest in three equal tranches after 3, 4 and 5 years.
