Paul Jackson, a Non-Executive Director of Capcon, is currently a director of certain subsidiary undertakings of Vantis which were also placed into administration on 29 June 2010. AIM Rule 17 disclosure
The Board of Capcon notes the announcement made by Vantis plc ("Vantis") on 29 June 2010 regarding the appointment of administrators to Vantis. In accordance with AIM Rule 17, Schedule Two (g) Capcon notes that Ken Dulieu, Chairman of Capcon, is currently a Non-Executive Director of Vantis, and that Paul Jackson, a Non-Executive Director of Capcon, was Chief Executive of Vantis until his resignation on 12 June 2010. In addition Paul Jackson is currently a director of Vantis Group Ltd, Vantis HR Ltd, Vantis Financial Management Ltd, Pass Training Ltd and Vantis Corporate Finance Ltd (all being subsidiary undertakings of Vantis) which were also placed into administration on 29 June 2010.
