Appointment to Board Committees
In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.11 (3), the Board of Wm Morrison Supermarkets PLC announces the appointment of Tony van Kralingen to the Audit, Nomination and Corporate Compliance & Responsibility Committees.
As announced previously, Tony van Kralingen joined the Board of Wm Morrison Supermarkets PLC on 1 September 2017 and is the Chair of the Remuneration Committee.
