Already used by thousands of consumers throughout the UK, MONILINK allows bankcustomers to keep a check on their accounts and 'top-up' pre-paid mobile phonesdirectly from their handset. This year, for the first time, Banking Technology's readerswere asked to vote for their choice of what they consider to be the best systemsin a range of categories. Votes were cast through a web-based system. In some categories, the margins werevery tight, while others showed runaway winners almost from the start of voting.
