Director Shareholdings
Monitise plc announces that it has today been notified that Sushovan Hussain, non-executive director of the Company, has today acquired 100,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 24.25p per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction Mr Hussain is beneficially interested in 100,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.01 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
The Company also announces that Alastair Lukies, Chief Executive Officer, has sold 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares, Lee Cameron, Chief Commercial Officer, has sold 250,000 Ordinary Shares and the wife of Lee Cameron has sold 250,000 Ordinary Shares, all at a price of 24.25p per Ordinary Share. Following these transactions, Alastair Lukies is beneficially interested in 4,424,222 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.63 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital, and continues to hold 11,222,371 options, and Lee Cameron is beneficially interested in 519,127 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.07 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital and continues to hold 4,143,333 options.
