Notification of Interests of Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") and connected persons
The Company announces that on 28 April 2010 it granted 2,000,000 options over its ordinary shares of 1 pence each to John Brougham, the Chief Financial Officer of the Company. The award was granted in accordance with the Company's Performance Share Plan option scheme. The vesting criteria of the award is split 50% on a time linked scheme (with an exercise price of £0.01 per share) and 50% on a TSR performance scheme (with an exercise price of £0.1615 per share). The vesting period is three years from date of grant.
Mr Brougham holds no further options in the Company.
