London UK - Monitise plc (LSE: MONI) announces that on 15 October 2015, it was notified that Non-Executive Director, Stephen Shurrock, has resigned from the Monitise plc Board with immediate effect.
Stephen Shurrock was appointed to the Board on 25 March 2015 as the nominated Non-Executive Director for Santander and Telefónica. Stephen's resignation from the Monitise plc Board follows his recent departure from his role at Telefónica.
Santander and Telefónica retain the right to nominate a single Non-Executive Director to the Board.
