Directors Dealing
On 21 June 2012 the Company announced that certain of the Directors intended to exercise in aggregate 34,165,680 warrants which would otherwise expire on 31 July 2012. In addition, Mike Mendelson intended to exercise 300,000 options. The Directors have exercised the following warrants and options:

In aggregate the total proceeds to the Company amount to ÂŁ1,378,680. The Directors have confirmed to the Company that they have no current intention to dispose of any of the ordinary shares issued to them on exercise of the relevant warrants or options.
The new TLDH ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing TLDH ordinary shares. Application will be made for the new TLDH ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, which is expected to occur on or about 12 July 2012.
Following the exercise of warrants, the Company's issued share capital consists of [510,408,246] ordinary shares, with voting rights. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Service Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
