Management Consulting Group PLC announces that following the successful completion of the sale of the remaining Kurt Salmon business on 2 November 2016, Chris Povey, Group Finance Director, has decided to step down. Chris now wishes to pursue other opportunities, but has agreed to remain with the Group for an interim period whilst a suitable replacement is found. He will cease to be on the Board with immediate effect.
Nick Stagg, Chief Executive of MCG said:
"I would like to thank Chris for his considerable contribution to the Group. As Group Finance Director, he has been instrumental in helping to deliver significant change over the last few years culminating in the sale of Kurt Salmon. The Group is now focused on a single brand, Alexander Proudfoot, and our strategy is to develop this into a profitable and valuable business. Chris is a valued colleague and we wish him well for the future."
