Deferred Consideration Payment
Lavendon Group plc announces that it has issued (conditionally upon admission as set out below) 1,303,567 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company. This issue has been made to satisfy the requirement to issue ordinary shares as part of the deferred consideration obligations on the second anniversary of completion of the acquisition of The Platform Company (Holdings) Limited.
Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for admission to the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for admission to trading of the ordinary shares which is expected to take place at 8.00 a.m. on 1 April 2010.
Following admission, the Company will have 164,257,924 ordinary shares in issue.
