Latchways PLC18 December 2006 Latchways plc Total Voting Rights 18 December 2006 Latchways plc ("the Company") In accordance with the transitional provisions of the FSA's Disclosure andTransparency Rules, the Company advises that its issued share capital comprises11,125,569 ordinary shares of 5p each.
