In accordance with FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company advises that at close of business onΒ 31Β OctoberΒ 2008Β its issued share capital comprisedΒ 57,093,483Β ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The voting rights of all of these shares are identical with each share carrying the right to one vote. The Company holds no ordinary shares in Treasury.
The above figures may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, KBC Advanced Technologies plc underΒ the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
