In conformity with the Transparency Directive, the Company would like to notify the market of the following:
As at 30th November 2023, the Company's issued share capital consists of 79,611,410 Ordinary 5 pence shares with voting rights. The Company holds 1,709,741 Ordinary shares in Treasury.
Therefore, as at 30th November 2023, the total number of voting rights in JPMorgan UK Smaller Companies Investment Trust plc is 77,901,669.
The above figure (77,901,669) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, JPM UK Smaller Companies Investment Trust plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
