Update on 2015 Poltava Rental Fee claims
The adjourned hearing of the Poltava Circuit Administrative Court 2018 in respect of one of the 2015 Poltava Petroleum Company ("PPC") Rental Fee claims held on 24 October 2018 has been further adjourned to 22 November 2018 to enable consideration of judicial tax expertise filed by PPC.
This claim relates to additional tax liability and associated penalties of approximately UAH9m (USD0.3m).
In regard to all eight ongoing 2015 PPC Rental Fee claims it is anticipated that there will be a number of further adjournments until they are concluded. The Company will update the market as and when there are material developments or outcomes in each case.
