Interserve Plc Notification of Transactions of Directors/ Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons Pursuant to Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4, Interserve Plc (the"Company") announces that, on 9 April 2014, the following Executive Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") were granted optionsunder the Interserve Sharesave Scheme 2009 at an exercise price of £5.11 pershare. The options are exercisable between 1 June 2017 and 30 November 2017.The exercise of options on maturity is not dependent upon performance criteria.
