Notification of Transactions of Directors/
Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons
Pursuant to Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4, Interserve Plc (the "Company") announces that, on 30 September 2014, the following Executive Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") were granted options under the Interserve Sharesave Scheme 2009 at an exercise price of £5.29 per share. The options are exercisable between 1 December 2017 and 31 May 2018. The exercise of options on maturity is not dependent upon performance criteria.
